What happened? Description:

Me and my friend for a long time, (The-Silent-Gunner) had asked me to a spycrabbing match on 5/2/2014
Me and him had a trade on hat for hat, i had given him one of my hats because i lost 2-3
He asked me for a rematch to try and gamble for my other hat, i had won 2-3 and after i asked him to invite me to a trade, he had left the game, but he had rejoined the server a while after with a new name (deathkiller45678) he was still in the chat so i saw that he had changed his name and i asked him why he didn't send me a trade, then he left again
about an hour later i reported him after knowing i wasn't going to get the hat back. and i joined a server he had gone onto, and while he didn't notice, i took pictures on steam of his spy, and captured them and saved them, and put them here.
I also did have a witness called Munchlax, but i wouldn't want to bother the person with all this.
But either way, i honestly don't really want the guy to be Perma banned, if there is any way of just getting the person to give me that hat he put in (Physician's Procedure Mask, Genuine Robot Chicken Helmet) i would be fine with it, but the choice shouldn't really be up to me if it means doing the right thing. Thanks for your help​

Do you have screenshots of the original agreement?

Also please provide uncropped versions of every screenshot, including the trading history, if possible give server demos or logs, or any additional evidence of the crab

All i can really give you is my history, and his profile page
The Spycrab match i cannot really get because i was new to it and i didn't think he would run like that, so i basically stayed in-game, went to a server, and made screenshots of the text i had left.
Sorry i don't have enough proof, but surely there could be another way to prove that all this really happened
