What happened? Description:

FBN added me stating that he would like to buy my unusual, a sun beams little buddy, for $75 paypal. the hat is worth around $85, most people are quick selling it for a lot less than that. asked if I can just sell it to him on marketplace.tf or manccostore, states that his bank does not allow purchases on those websites. told him that I would like a MM, he states that there is no need for one and linked his bp.tf and his rep.tf profiles showing he has +274 trust, told him I still want a MM, declines and asks if I want to see his paypal cash, he showed me a full screenshot of his paypal summary (ev1). The amount in the summary is not correctly formatted, looks like he edited the page to add a fake amount, I told him that the amount in paypal should be in the format of $###,### he stated that isnt how paypal formats it, checked my own paypal, it is in the correct format opposed to his. his time zone is also set up for some where in asia but his currency is set to USD, he said he is from "georgia europe" and that the kentucky in his profile is joke. asked him how the trade will go down he states:

checked his BP.tf trust (ev2) , last time someone gave him a +rep was last year and it was for a paypal transaction for keys.

there are more inconsistencies with their story like how they have MM in the past but i cant find a record of it as well has his steam profile being fully private and that he states that he has purchased other unusuals but I can't find any items in his BP.tf since 2018. I will past the chat logs as well as picture of the chat as well.​

thats not the correct format for us currency it the dollar sign first then a comma after every 3 number starting from the right, also why is your time zone set for the the middle east when you are from kentucky
