What happened? Description:

He has over 200 rep comments on his steam profile. Thought he was trustworthy to trade gifts. He added me wanting to trade his Venge legendary set + Venge Immortal talon to my Compendium Umbra Rider gift bundle.​

Provide Evidence:

He added me and offered vengeful spirit's items for my gift compendium luna bundle. Everything is shown in the chat. He doesn't use any dota 2 trading site.
He wanted me to go first, which i declined. After a little talking, he said that he can gift 2 items from the set (out of 4 total) and I'll have to gift mine followed by the rest of his items. It went good until he received my bundle and says that he has lag issues and wants to restart steam. Time goes by and he didnt return. About 10 minutes before i post this, he was online for a bit, and went offline again. I opened up his profile, which shows that he is in game and he is offline in my steam chat which i didnt close. The picture(unfriended.jpg) shows that i got unfriended (hence the "Add Friend" button). Since i didnt close the chat session yet, i tried to talk to him since he didnt block me yet. He didnt reply and i did try to add him again. He at last blocked me and set his profile to private. I'm not asking for my items back, I just want this guy banned because his reps is going to make people trust him and the same thing will happen to other people. I also attached my inventory showing i got this both, and you can check my invent too as my profile is always available to the public. Thanks for putting this into consideration. Do ask me if more evidence are needed . I'll try to find them.​

Reports can take a long time to be processed. A report on their SR is typically as good as getting them tagged red.
