    What happened? Description:
    Its been so long since I've done a high level trade in TF2, and this is my first try with paypal. This guy randomly adds me, offers 195 USD for my Blizzardy Storm Brown Bomber. He asked me to go first. I check his profile and inventory history and he seemed legit. I eventually offer him the item, but didn't ask him to screenshot the transaction. But once I did, the offer already went through and he accepted it without sending me payment.Ever since he's removed me, blocked me, and changed his profile to private.​
