    What happened? Description:
    Lego messaged me asking to borrow keys. As I had done brokering with him before (years ago ... 2015?), I accepted and sent him 57 keys on May 14th, with the promise of returning 61 keys in a few days.

    On May the 24th he sent me a trade offer (for I believe the agreed upon 61 keys, can't see now anymore - too old to show in trade offer history) at 4:51 PM. When I got online at 11:10 PM he had cancelled the offer.

    On May the 31st, he apologized, stated he found a good trade and offered me an additional 3 keys (tally at 64 keys).

    On June 20th, he offered 'will give few as extra' and said 'sry for delay' (tally at 67? keys?)

    last communications were about how he was steamrep banned and it would take 'at least 6 months' to return my keys.

    And that he wasn't in a rush/ it was low priority/ he was already banned and had no more risk since he was already banned.

    I want my keys back. This is now a priority. I regret extending him trust based on who he used to be, as he clearly isn't the same person as the friend I had years ago. I'm glad I never invested with him. Because this is unacceptable.

    I want a trade offer of 67 keys or a paypal transaction of $123.95 USD. I bought most of my keys at 1.85 USD, so that's my going rate. If I receive either in the very near future, I'll recant this report.

    Square up man. You're better than this. I regret having to make this public, but you leave me no choice anymore.​

    Not going to be able to review this since no exact date was promised for a return of the keys. That is a "formal agreement" Could be meant for several months for now for all we know.
    The user is also already banned/tagged here, not much more we can do to them.
