What happened? Description:

The accused added me to notify me that I had a pending report against me, didn't say where but I check my steam rep status and nothing. they show this profile:

Saying that they was a big tf2 trader and got perm banned because he didn't fix his pending ban report, saying that in 24 hours mine will be banned also.
He links me to a "Steam Community Admin" to resolve the issue:

After adding them he explains that I have reports of me having duplicated items.
He explains that he needs to verify the items in question (which are: Bubbling Virtual Reality Headset , Collector's Professional Killstreak Solemn Vow , Strange All-Father) by trading them to a "Item Data Base":

I contradict him by linking the item's History Page on backpack.tf to show that they are not duped. After stating that due to reports I require to trade them to verify them. I refuse to trade the items and says he will start the banning process, I taunt him to ban me and say that if duped items was such a problem that valve would remove them directly, he counters with some file backup gibberish and says that people pay Valve to dupe items and it's illegal. I taunt him some more to ban me and then he unfriended me.

Meanwhile Tom wanted to confirm that i'm talking with the "admin" and I type some fakes lines he would say and unfriends me after the admin did​

They do this by using a file backups constantly taken on the item servers. The items are then recreated from this file and this they are duplicated or 'duped'. There are now two unusual/earbuds etc that have the same original ID.
If you are wondering how people get duped items like Earbuds and Unusuals etc. Some people at Valve are payed by other people to dupe items and give the dupes to the people that payed money. This is kind of illegal in some ways using Stolen Valve to grant you items.
