What happened? Description:

Was on a trade server and he offered to trade via paypal. He had around 8 pages on steam of + rep half of which were of Paypal transactions so I decided to take the risk and make the trade.

After the trade was completed he unfriended and blocked me without paying over paypal.
Then he put it up on the steam community market for $119.00 Dollars.

I realize it is my fault but I at least want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
