The Agreement is I'm suppose to "Gift Wrap" 2 of the TI5 Immortal Items as you can see on the screenshot provided with my gift name there and he's suppose to trade me but he end up canceling the Trade, Delete and Block me.
Reported him on Dota2Lounge and He got Banned there but He just created a new Account and continue scamming others.
