    What happened? Description:
    He offered to buy my chorma 1 CSGO keys for 2.1 USD per key. When I accepted he insist I use a steam trade offer. I made the offer and he accepted the keys but did not send the money to my paypal. When asked why he blamed a slow internet connection and became defensive when I said I was going to report him.​
