    Scam Report

Report Type: DO NOT SUBMIT TO STEAMREP - Phishing or suspicious link
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198076658601

    Victim profile: 76561198167436981

    What happened? Description:
All of this started when I was looking to trade an Unusual item in Team Fortress 2, so I then looked up if anyone was selling said item through Backpack.tf to then find the accusers information.
I commented on his profile letting him know I am interested in previously mentioned item and he then shortly after added me as a Steam Friend.

We began our conversation relatively normally but right as I was about to proceed with the trade he asked me if I could "check the average percentage with my Unusual", followed by a link to a website I have never seen before.

Right then and there I became suspicious of his intentions.
Firstly I opened the website through Tor to check for any signs of fishing and other malicious actions, then I looked up the websites IP address and its URL address in multiple sites that lookup website information to discover that said suspicious website is only 2 months old as of writing this ticket.

I then confronted the accused by asking him if the website is "well known and is up longer than a year?", he replied "yes it is safe and legit website. I've been using the pages for almost 8 months"

These facts DO NOT match his description of the website at all.
It's important to mention that the accused did not actually send a friend request through his main Steam account, but actually added my through a completely different account that has no mention his main account.

Shortly after confronting him with these facts the accused quickly changed his alternative Steam accounts information (the one I talked to), unfriended me and blocked me.

The accused alternative account information (the one I was talking with):
    Hidden Content:
**Hidden Content: Content of this hidden block can only be seen by members of (usergroups: Administrative, Moderating).**
Do please keep in mind that I would like to report the account listed in "SteamID64 of Accused".

Alternative account: (These images show the same alternative account, he keeps changing them every few minutes so it would be pointless to screenshot every single one)

Fishing website's information: (TAKE NOTE OF WHEN THE WEBSITE WAS CREATED AND HOW IT DOES NOT MATCH THE INFORMATION GIVEN BY THE ACCUSED)

Unfortunately, SteamRep does not accept reports dealing with hijacking/phishing/hacking -Due to current Investigative Policy
    http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/investigative-policy.140101/

This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials.
These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!
This was clearly noted to you BEFORE You sent to submit the report - please do not ignore our policies/notifications that are there to read before submission.
