    Scam Report

Report Type: [Gambling] Fake gambling website
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198076821096

    Victim profile: 76561198048479665

    What happened? Description:
Random add out of no where with no friends or groups in common and just asked me to withdraw items from a gamble website for the user because "phone is broken". Honestly who in the right mind would even ask a stranger to do such things. Its an obvious scam/hack attempt. Also I don't have proof for this but earlier in the day I noticed on the profile it said in the description that the user needed help with a withdraw.

if your phone is "broken" how are you even gambling in the first place? The "gamble bots" are not gonna wait for your trade hold.

probably removed me the moment I called the user out. The new steam layout doesn't make that very clear when they do that right away.

even if the website is legit it's 4 days old (at least that's what scamadvisor tells me) and does that even excuse the fact that you're asking a complete stranger to withdraw items for you?

I'm talking about the user that added me. It makes absolutely no sense to add a random and ask them to withdraw items from a 4 day old gamble website. I don't know about you but this seems like a very very clear scam attempt. Even more so when the user didn't try to explain himself.

I guess so, can't assume anything though even in this case. I'm pretty done with reviewing the report just looking at a few more things
