Some guy added me, no tf2 items and no steam page rep. He was polite, when he was afk i checked steam rep, i get sure that he might try to scam me. So i was open to his offers just to get evidence​

Always when somebody offers big price it is phisher​

Although you do not have enough evidence to prove a scam this person has impersonated a community admin in the past.
