    What happened? Description:
    he invites trade gift items with my arcane
    he asked one of my friends to mediate trade
    and he tricked me by way of trade with other accounts that he has changed the profile picture and name exactly with my steam friend​

    Provide Evidence:
    he scammed me with other steam account to be my friend account
    pls tell me if u know how to report him to valve​
