    Victim profile: 76561198295650601

    What happened? Description:
    He messaged me saying that he has a "deal" for me, and said he could rig the site and prove it and whatnot.​

    Provide Evidence:
    He even changed his ID right after ecks deeeee, but he was not fast enough.​
