What happened? Description:

Bait and switch item scam and misrepresenting items.

Sent a Steam Trade offer from a link on csgolounge.com where he offered a "M4A1-S Nitro FN" as shown in screenshot for a number of items including a "AK-47 Redline FT" that I had. So I sent a steam offer and he had a small page of items in his inventory including the Nitro so I sent the offer of my AK for his M4 that I assumed was the same one (Because it had to be right? csgolounge.com require the item to be in your inventory for it to be trade-offered as it connects to your inventory.

The only thing I can think of is that he creates the offer with the item in his inventory then removes it and replaces the Factory New M4 Nitro in the offer with a Field Tested one from another account.) and yes I know I was stupid and should have double checked.

He has since blocked me and I think could possibly be a bot as his inventory is public and does not show the Redline that I traded him or he moved it into another account manually.

He also has a low Rep on csgolounge that I also should have checked.

Does it usually take this long for a reply?

For a reply from a Steamrep staff member, it may take awhile. They get so many reports, they usually have a huge backlog.

They are working on cases from 2013. Clearly your new to steamrep

SteamRep has a huge backlog of reports, and more and more are submitted each day. I sometimes see ten new ones in an hour.

So still no reply nearly 6 months later?
