What happened? Description:

I've been selling my unusual terror - watt powdered practitioner , than player named #¯_(°_J°)_/¯ gibusstr , add me and said : "I want buy ur unusual and bud for 138$" I say that Im accept then He say that he transfer money to my steam account with new method : "Steam wallet charge" and he send trade offe to me ( in screenshots), I've rejected it and report him.
Here is translate of the text in screenshot :
"https://store.steampowered.com/checkout/ssapopup efingo255> Offers 4988 ruble for your item. Funds will receive automatically credited to your Steam Wallet. Please accept or reject the offer."​

Hey, I wonder if anything is going to happen to this report. To be honest apparenly nobody really cared about this report not even the guy himself but recently I got banned from PPM because of it. The guy was an oblivious scammer and he tried to shark me before me sending this. I did this intentionally to troll him. Thanks for checking.

Your words don't mean much unless you have some evidence to back them up. Based on the evidence provided so far, it looks like you were the shark/scammer, not the reporter.

This is a pretty well known method of scam attempt, even back when the report was filed. I doubt that you were trolling. I don't really have a say in any of this, but that's my two cents.

The reporter got banned from tf2op and has various reports waiting for review. Since this was months ago I cant give you any proof but he tried to scam me with paypal scam. I knew that he wont accept i just send this to make a fool out of him, but he reported me because he wanted some revenge. Anyways, thanks for sharing your toughts.

Hey, I'm still waiting for some kind of reply/conclusion/mark for review/whatever on this. The "victim" (who is TF2OP banned and has pending reports) long forgotten this report. I had this habit of trolling scammers but I regret it by now. I don't scam people and I knew that he can figure out that I'm not offering real money. What I highly regret that I did this to him (a real scammer) who knew he could use this to blackmail me. I just ignored him so he reported me. I dont even have a trade warning (on steam). I would not bother to bump this but I want to get back to PPM servers as I got banned for this. Thanks for reading.

Sorry but bumping a report won't make reports reviewed faster. Admins and mods looks to older reports and since there a huge backlog of reports, you just have to be patient and wait for a mod/admin.

Now I want to say , that this guy did not trying to scam me it just was friendly trolling.

I had a conversation with KiR LorD on steam, we agreed that it was just trolling each other. It got a bit out of hand though.
