What happened? Description:

i was scammed by DR.DRE yesterday september 22 2014 time around 3pm-5pm QATAR time, he ask me to trade my items in dota 2, instead of items i ask him to pay me instead, so i would get some idea of money steam wallet process im newbee im a little bit confuse, he show me a message like after i accepted the trade my steam wallet will be deposited $23.76USD and my wallet will activated, but what happend is i trusted this man and accepted the trade and after that he go offline, unfriend and block me, pls help me with this kind of scammer, thank you,​
