Without a trade agreement through Steam chat, we can't ban the accused as per our policy. We can't tell why you sent him that knife without such. Next time you trade for PayPal, make sure all discussion of the trade is done through steam chat, not over voice or on a third party IM, and possibly use a Middleman.
