What happened? Description:

I has posted a trade on CS:GO lounge (http://csgolounge.com/trade?t=32982230) and Flames responded and added me on steam. He offered me in return for my entire CS:GO inventory. I grew suspicious of the trade because he offered me $20 which was way over the value of my CS:GO inventory. He then sent me a trade offer through steam using this text before the offer:
Steam Guard: Your account will be credited the amount of (€)20.00, it will be avaible after the exchange. If you refuse the exchange, the amount will be refunded to the buyer.
