What happened? Description:

I was added from either CS:GO Lounge or Reddit.
He was a high level, level 30.
I believed I could of trusted him because of the fact that he was high leveled. Had good rep and what not.
Looked him up on steamrep and had 2 accusations. I looked at then and the one person got his items back.
He told me to send him a trade offer with my Paypal.
I did.
Removed, account priveted, blocked.
