    What happened? Description:
    Hello,
    This person added me and with the purpose to buy an item from me. After this he send me a trade offer with such a lowballing what actually is scam so I would like to report him/her for permanent trade ban.

    So what you would like isn't going to happen but please do not submit reports here without proper evidence such as a formal agreement as required and was explained to you before submitting a report here. You've posted others before - nothing has changed.
    The user never once stated something was something different - nothing provided at all here shows this user is guilty of any wrong doing.
