    What happened? Description:
    This person offered me 250$PP for my CSGO item StatTrak AK47 Vulcan Minimal Wear.

    After he agreed to go first he sent me money. I have checked the transaction, he was verified and money were in my PP wallet. He also included a note that he wont refund this payment at any circumstances. He send me a trade offer for my item which i accepted (all screen below). Minutes after i received email from PayPal that money went on hold. I checked my PP and 250$ gone. He said me that he didnt charge it back, although PP said opposite things. Finally money got reversed back to him.

    Hello,
    Today i was selling CS:GO keys at dota2traders and suddenly this guy Banan0phone#, added me saying to buy all my keys 60 for 111 $, i agreed and gave him my paypal email he sent money after i checked it its was reversed and he sent me trade offer with all my keys, same story like with Dorimi :( thanks god i checked this post, and i wanna help to get him banned.

    Ive talked to him after that, he said that he is using stolen PayPal accounts. And usually it takes 5-10 minutes for real owner to get money back. I found his IP. He is Russian from Rostov city. Already found my AK by ID. He sold it to some Chinese guy:eek:

    If you have something constructive to add, you are welcome to reply. However, opinions, "he scammed me too"s, vouches, and anecdotes are not welcome and will result in forum warnings and bans.

    Specific things we do not want to see are:
    - Repping. Evidence stands by itself and any vouches are disregarded and void.
    - Reporting the accused, they should make their own report.
    - Petty replies and drawn out arguments.
    - Opinions on the report as a whole.

    Things that we want to see are:
    - Asking reporter to upload evidence that is currently missing from report criteria.
    - Additional evidence, for example item history on backpack.tf or tf2items.
    - Accused user replying, settling the report by either counter evidence.
