    What happened? Description:
    Old scam with jackpot site.
    Tell me he has a proposal, that he can say who wins.

    Guy is probably either from Russia or Ukraine.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Evidence consists of:
    Chat,
    his profile with known nicknames,
    website,
    website after he picked the winner.

    This should be enough.​
