What happened? Description:

He added me, then sent me a shortened link of his "skins screenshots", I opened the link because I thought my firewall would be enough, then he sent me a message threatening me to "hit me offline" if I don't give him 4 case keys. My internet went down for about 5 minutes just like he said. I restarted the PC and tan a scan while turning off the modem. Now he blocked me.

I don't know what this report qualifies as, but I can't find a suitable place to report this guy.​

Provide Evidence:

I restarted my PC after this, so I didn't have time to copy the whole thing, this was from the history and after I came back online.
