What happened? Description:

I'm just reporting this guy after my friend told me about a comment he left on one of his screenshots, where the guy said "There's been a report in your account due to some duplicated items" and saying failure to comply would get him trade banned
I looked into his account and saw he was claiming to be a "Valve Moderator" with a "Steam support ticket of authenticity", yet he doesn't have a Valve Employee profile badge
I made a comment questioning him and saw several other people do the same, but when I refreshed I saw every comment questioning or accusing him got deleted. I kept leaving comments, and eventually he deleted them and closed his comment section.
He also links to a "Steam Community Service ( )" guide which claims him and several other users are "Community Administrators" who message people about fraudulent items and can ban them for trade frauds, yet again none of them are Valve employees. The page also talks about cash trading and an "item validation" software you can get. Also says to give admins +rep after service, making them look more legit
Again, it was just one comment so I haven't talked with the guy myself, but his whole profile seems shady as hell and google brought me here when looking up stuff about Steam admins​

The second wave of deleted comments, I didnt get to screenshot the first one (Vulgar I know, but I was having fun knowing he deleted any comment questioning him, also sorry for the color, it was late when I took these so my blue light filter was on, didn't know it showed up in the shots until now)
