Is there any way to condemn these two users. They have damaged my reputation and most are not willing to trade with me at all.

Why do you keep on trying to defend yourself when we both know that you're guilty? The only reason I don't have screenshots of you saying that you agreed to trade me money for my hat was because I thought you had really given me the money and you didn't scam. By the time I realized that it was a fake email, I couldn't retrieve the chat because you deleted me.

I'm afraid Banana 2 is correct, there simply isn't enough evidence to prove he's guilty. You have to be more vigilant when making risky trades. Based on the evidence it's his word against yours, for all we know you gave it to him, then changed your mind.

Sorry but the screenshot of the chat agreement is vital for this case.
