What happened? Description:

Bought AC4 Black Flag from him for 25$.
3 Weeks later its was deleted because the order from the buyer was canceled.
Then i report steam and nothing happens because he said that nobody covered it and nobody has to refund it. So its a very Big scamme and i dont really know how many he has scammed.

i also have some emails from it and a photo !​
