What happened? : Shellshock (As that time гаджет бой) has a plan to scam people for a items then sell them for profit. He asks Renzol to give him his Medic unusual for scamming and after that return him his unusual and some profit from scam. [https://backpack.tf/item/5551182997]. Renzol accepted the trade then Shellshock deleted his from friends, blocked, then sell Unusual to TF2Mart Trade Bots.
