What happened? Description:

I added him to my friend list yesterday and today i try to make a trade with him. I sent him Star Wars Collection 2014 and he suppossed to send me a DmC key, that he never sent. After almost an hour, he de-friend me and blocked me..​

Provide Evidence:

Here i left the complete chat session with this guy. I sent him Star Wars Collection 2014, he tolds me that he will send me back a DmC key from AMD that NEVER is sended, how you can see in the shots that i add to this post. And Steam says that he activated the gift, like everyone can see.​

You can, however, report the user directly to Valve using the Report Violation feature on the other user's profile. To do so:

1. Visit the accused's profile
2. Click More drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose Report Violation
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click Submit Report
