I do not see how this is a scam. The reported user could be offering paypal or cash cards, he never said steam wallet.

Can you clarify?

highly overpriced these skins, why need wasting my time, for he's tried me any bad text like you got after that cash on wallet, or he can't reject the paypal send request etc... intention more then enough, if not that was not my problem, if he got someone...
