What happened? Description:

I was trading with this guy and he says he will by my stache for 45$ that he will deposit and offer me and item to hold and will send payment to my paypal account to cofirm payment options.

He did offer me a 13$ item and send 1$ to my paypal account. ( see screenshot )
After I also accepted his offer for my stache, but after he recieved the stache he's gone and
no 44$ sent to my paypal account.

Details of our conversation was in the screenshot.

Please ban this person so that there will no more victim like me.​

I know, but how about those traders who doesnt know a website like this? Im just concern about how long did they a process a scam report.
Coz as time passes there will be a lot of victims.
