What happened? Description:

added him to buy some keys, i went first, he seemed normal enough. He then blocked me and deleted me. Never sent me the items.



3.7 dollars is a small price to pay to report a scammer. I just hope these people get banned asap.​

Open a paypal dispute. Once you've opened a dispute with paypal, do not close it unless he refunds you or gives you the items. He can refund you while the dispute is open. If you close the dispute you cannot reopen it or recreate it - the money will be gone.
