What happened? Description:

He is using a fake bitskins bot (https://steamrep.com/search?q=https://steamcommunity.com/id/773636272880) to scam me out of my whole inventory, making it pretend to be like an insurance for a trade for my Gift Bringer (which he already got out of my own stupidity, but that's history i guess). He has been banned on steamrep for being reported of doing this in the past and there is a lot of evidence backing up this claim, even admitting that he has done it before, since there is an appeal done by himself to get himself unbanned. Provide Evidence:

These screenshots go from chat log to trade logs, showing off the exchange that we had between us. He got me to give him my gift bringer to his fake bot account (since if you look on the bot's profile, you can tell its fake, its not in a group or anything)

Huh, interesting... Even though there is clear evidence (provided by his other account, which you already known is banned) that he has done this before in the past, the chat logs aren't "clear" enough for full proof. Fine, fine. I will say that I have seen officially blocked him off steam, so I cannot retrieve the chat log to prove to you more that he has done this to me (even when the same bot is banned for being proven to be fake). I understand why the rules are in place, so we'll say that he's off the hook for now, until he scams another person, and that's when they come in with more "clear" evidence. Full seriousness.

Let this at least be a warning to be, well, aware of this man's shenanigans, unless of course, you take down this compelling report that any average person would walk in and be assured that the intents of this person is intent.
