What happened? Description:

HE had posted a trade in dota2lounge saying he wants to sell items. here is the trade link http://dota2lounge.com/trade?t=147632529. I posted that i want to buy 3 arcanas and he told me that he needs the money as gift and wanted me to go 1st. since he had a really good inventory i accepted to go first and sent him the money. After recieving the money he says that send as gift and family are two different things and told me he is going to issue me a refund. When i asked him screenshot proof of the refund, he told me he is in bed and doesnot have a mouse, i had no idea why he needed mouse to operate a laptop and when i asked him this he went offline and i still have not got the refund. People like these deserve to get banned i have attatched screenshot of my chat with him, my trade history.

I'm not an SR staff member, but I think you'll need to add a screenshot of your PayPal history in full and uncropped, as well as re-upload you inventory history with the URL bar included.

he keeps transferring items to other accounts, some of his smurf account are below. take the action fast please.
