I need to see the chat logs against the accused
Also did you even realize the user is already banned/tagged here?
Nothing more we can do to them you should have seen this and just ignored them.

it was my first time trading and that happened, i was so shcoked and raged i didn't even think and closed his and the group chat boxes, i was surprised that the chat with middleman survived when i reopened steam so that's all i have.
if it's not enough for this guy can i at least make a report for the middleman with those ?

The other user or fake Middleman as you call it is already tagged too.

I have little doubt that something was happening but with what you provided and the lack of evidence against the accused I'm going to have to reject the report again.
As I said both users are already tagged - you should have checked them out before dealing them but as you said lesson learned the hard way.
Be sure to report them to Valve either way.
