What happened? Description:

Was trying to sell me CS:GO for cheap, I was hesitant because people have pulled these chargeback scams on me before. If you're not familiar with it, they buy a ton of games, trade them for keys, sell the keys over paypal, and then they call their credit card and issue a chargeback. After the chargeback is issued, all of the copies of the game disappear. I managed to track him down to his main account, and then he basically told me everything, and while I don't think a ban will do much good, I thought maybe if I stop him soon enough, he can't get as much done.​
