What happened? Description:

I was looking to sell my flip knife vanilla for real money.
I found some dude with 16 rep so I kinda trusted him,
This user posted a lot of trades with him offering real money for knives.
I posted my flip knife vanilla and he added to talk.
I was really reluctant to trade with money since this was my first time.
He had 16 Rep on lounge, but strangely he didn't have many high value items.
We chatted and he asked for my email so I gave it to him.
He gave me a screenshot of the form filled out so we then traded.
He gave a P250 Contamination for some reason just to note.
After we traded, he sent me a PayPal invoice saying I would pay him $60.
I asked him about this and he said "Don't worry, you'll get your money in 30 minutes"
I then requested $60 from his paypal, but it got canceled.
I have screenshots of my paypal history, his trade, my trade history, and inventory history.
*NOTE*: I do not have screenshots of the chat history because my computer crashed before I could screenshot it.​

Update: He has changed his profile to private so I got a screenshot of his name history, so he wouldn't get away with this by just changing his name and profile to private.

Update: Please help, its already been a week ;-;

Update: He has already traded away all his stuff to another account because when I checked, there was nothing in his inventory
