What happened? Description:

Hello!Yesterday i want to trade my skins for another one and i check this site https://csgo-exchange.de/ so i decide to deposit two knives that cost 150$.When i deposited items i cant do withdrawl another item.Then someone add me on steam http://steamcommunity.com/id/thDieni and told me that there is trade error in the site and i must chat to support window.There was a guy named Klaus he told me that i must do screen in the site and upload it to imgur. I done this then the guy told me that my account is frozen and i must deposit 350$ to unlock my account and withdrawl my items.In this moment i was shocked and i know i was scammed.But i wonder why this site appear first in google search and this was obviosly scam i dont understand it.Please take some actions and can i get my skins back or not because i dont understand trade etc.​

http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198372309733 this it "bot" that made trade .The chat with this guy dissapear when i told him that i want my deposit back and from then i wrote to the support window and is always this (the picture ive upload)

but still my deposit is there and i cant do anything about it because i send message to all the things downright in bottom and im surely i was scammed.

When i deposite my items this Tewish guy add me on steam and told me to contact with support then the window opened itself and there was a guy named Klaus (Support man in the window)and he ask me to make screenshot of the page to fix the error and then i told you what is happening

I can do it when i came back from work so it will be in the evening

Okay i try to contact to support chat and to this guy tewish (WHO is represent support from https://csgo-exchange.de/ in the chat image that ive upload) I have not any answers from both.My deposit are still in that site and i cant withdrawl it or do anything else.What do you need to see that is scam.... i cant understand.I havent images with support chat because this guy delete it.

In the website down right in the bottom there is live chat called "jivochat" when you cllick it appears a window.

I write them every day and have no answer. Did you get in touch with someone?

Now they have brand new site and i dont had any deposit but when i login appears a chat.
