What happened? Description:

So this user ExuIT added me on the 31st of July, he commented on one of my screenshots saying that he was interested in my knife, a M9 Bayonet Case Hardened Minimal wear. He asked me to add him in the comment so I did. After about a week, he finally got to my friend request, at this time I wasn't really planning to sell my knife as I had just got it like a week before him commenting on my screenshot, so I decided to see what kind of offer he has. At first he wanted to chat through discord, me knowing that if conversation is conducted through disocrd, steamrep will not accept the report, so I forced the idea that I didn't have a discord and wanted to talk through steam chat, as seen in the screenshots below. I told him at first I don't do cash trades, Paypal, bank wire etc, but he peeked my curiosity when he offered to do a steam fund exchange, even offering a little more than what my knife was worth with wallet funds. It seemed a bit too good to be true, and this was the red flag where I should've stopped talking with him and removed him, but I kept going. He offered to do $420 USD in steam codes / gift cards. I told him I would give it a think, and to my inpatient-self, the next day we performed the trade. Before the trade proceeded, I wanted to confirm that he was legit and reliable, especially for cash trades as he has claimed to have to cashed out over $40K, I added one of his past acquaintances and apparently he was legit, well that was how it seemed. That was until today, when it was also made clear that he was one of his acquaintances in scams or possibly he owns the account as well, as this user has also blocked me on steam. They promised that the codes would be sent to my email address 10 minutes at most after the trade. I waited and continued to wait, nothing was sent to my email. We kept talking and talking, its been 8 days since the trade was completed. On the 15/08/2021 he offered to return my knife once it was tradable on the 16th, and ever since this morning on the 17th, he has removed me from his friends list and blocked me.

1) He sent me a trade offer for my knife ( M9 Bayonet Case Hardened Minimal Wear ) in exchange for $420 USD in steam codes/ wallet funds.
2) The codes were not sent even after a week, he removed and blocked me once the knife was tradable.
3) Has a bunch of fake rep on his profile.​

Provide Evidence:

1) Screenshots 11 and 12 show the Proof of trade agreement, both parties accepting the terms.

2) Evident that the agreement was broken as their part of the trade was not performed and that they have also blocked me. ( I can only upload 15 screenshots, I will upload more and reference which ones I am referring to with evidence. )

3) Clear proof that their identity has been verified, all screenshots taken have the accused profile along with his steam profile link visible.​

In all screenshots below, it further supports point 2, breaking the agreement of within 10 minutes.
