What happened? Description:

So I'm a small buyer/seller person that makes money off buying and selling knives/keys/skins. So I usually go around reddit and csgolounge adding new key sellers. I talked to him about my interests in his keys. He agreed to send me the keys after I payed for them. So I told him I had a cashrep thread and I was willing to pay second. He didn't care. I then said fine I would pay first but only 1 by 1 (1 Key for $1.90) So he wanted EUR and I said ill convert from the PayPal page and send it. So I payed for 1 k ey (-1.40 EUR) and I had to message him constantly about it because he said it was fishy. After 10 mins I received the key. I then offer to buy the rest 2 by 2
(2 Keys for $3.89) He was okay with it. I sent the money and it had no fees included. He then said he only received 3/4 of the money. I was already shaking. I did this 3 times already withing people in the US and no one ever had a problem, but him. I then told him. Refund the money and keep the keys (I had not received them at all) He said "No I have to pay fees". So I tried talking him into paying the "fees" with the money I had sent him. He refused and told me to send him the key and that would add up to 3x keys total and I would receive 1 key worth of money. I refused told him I would make a dispute for that payment (-3.40 EUR and not the -1.70 EUR) he didn't care and called me a "reterd" and removed me.​

chargeback scam methoh fake stuff.hope you get banned soon.

he contacted me to buy keys as you can see on his steam profile he offers 1.9- 2 dollars, and then we agreed to trade keys 1.7(CLEAN WITHOUT ANY FEES) euro and 1by1 to prevent any scam after the 1º trade he sent me 1.70so i thought it was clean (but it wasnt cuz he didnt paid the fees so i only received 1.28 euro and the deal was 1.7 each)anyway i gave him the key because at that time i dint knew.After some time maybe 30 minutes or more he contacted me to trade. This time 2 keys the deal was 3.5 he did exatly the same method sent me the money without paying fees. so i received 2.92 euro... after that i told him to send more 58 cents plus the 32 missing from the first trade and then he would receive the last 2 keys and he didnt want.
after all this he charged back the money from the second trade and i lost 32 cents from last trade.

basaclly he scammed me via paypal 1 key vs 1.28 (the deal was 1.7 euro).

This all looks like a misunderstanding to me as neither of you appear to have had any intent to commit fraud.

Regardless, can you please provide paypal history showing the amounts you received and the chargeback?

Here is what I sent and there was no chargeback. All I did is open a dispute on the 3.40 EUR not the 1.70 EUR for the first key.

as you can see he scammed me 32 cents from the frist trade cuz he didn paid the fees.and after second trade i told him to give me the 32 cents or give me my key back and then refund all the ammounts at same time.but he didnt want and chargedback...

And there is a screenshot of second trade (3.5 euro but only 2.9x clean) and instead of send me rest of money he offered me a skins of 70 value!!!

today i received a email with all chargeback information should i post it?
he took my 3 euros because paypal doesnt care about digital stuff.

You clearly have the money. I have 0.51 cents left because I used the 340$ on keys :/
