I added him from Dota 2 lounge had many trades,reputation,Checked his steam profile had many comments reps,checked the treads he sent with the reputation.
Paid 250$ For DC hook and 30 keys. Got scammed.

Provide full steam chat with the accused.
Provide your paypal history to prove you paid him (should be All activity tab, go back one month).
Provide your inventory history to prove he didn't give you the items you paid for.
