    Scam Report

Report Type: [Gambling] Gambling fraud or spycrab runner
Virtual item type involved: [Steam] Other Community Items

    Accused profile: 76561198091358153

    Victim profile: 76561198109511916

    What happened? Description:
Alpho is an owner of a 3k+ group, which is absolutely large, but I didn't know that we would just attempt to scam like this. He placed his alt (bronyjohns25) in the slots list of his giveaway.

    Provide Evidence:
So here is how it goes. Basically, this guy, was doing a giveaway ( http://steamcommunity.com/groups/rafflingkingalp#announcements/detail/124193546446447154 ) of 2 steam wallet codes. As I was looking in the slots, i saw the name bronyjohns25 and he said like 3 months ago that it was his alt. (i don't have proof for that, but here's his profile http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198095396183/ , you could research) And I do believe this is a type of scam when you put your own alt in a giveaway/raffle.

He names his alt there. The alt is in the list:
    2015-07-02_12-35-23.png

On hover in lower left corner is the link the account leads to.

    - The "raffle" has as rule that the number of slots awarded in the raffle is the number of friends one has invited into the group. This is near impossible to administrate.
    - As he can invite with his own account and his alt too, and didn't exclude his own participation in the "rules" (not many rules there anyhow) its not against the rules of the "raffle".
    - Its closed (group is now 5000+ members), and no winner has been announced. Unknown if he faked it.
    - No method of drawing a winner was named etc.

While slightly questionable, its not some we can mark for atm.

    Archiving.
