What happened? Description:

So, one day I wanted to trade with the guy named DOTA 2 GIVEAWAY ITEMS. I first asked him how could i possible get those items and he said that I need to watch his "stream" and he sent me link. I entered the link and it would stop on loading at the same place every time. I tried to enter few times and than I quit. Next day I wanted to try again, and again, but it did not work at all. Next morning, when I entered my Dota 2 profile, I wanted to see my inventory because I really liked it. I was so shocked, I went to toilet, came back and my items were really gone. I tried to do something so I took a look at that guys friends list and I added one guy which I though he knew him. I talked with that guy and he told me the same thing: He entered the site, and another day his items were gone, but he didn't know the cause of it. I asked him what to do and he said I should go to Steam Support. I went there but I got no answer from them. I asked 1 more guy about this thing, he said that Steam Support won't be able to get my items back and that I should talk to you. I really hope that you will be able to help me because I liked those items and some of them I paid for. The guy named Sir Gent is just a bot which DOTA 2 GIVEAWAY ITEMS entered in my account and took my items, he then traded them to one of his other account/s, but I don't know what their name or names are.​

Hi, on the first picture you can see the items that were stolen by the guy who entered on my account. On the other 3 pictures you can see my inventory which I really haven't touched since that happened. Only items that I have left are few common and uncommon rarity items, and others are not tradable. As you can see on the picture, there are items of really good rarity and they are worth a lot. My first inventory page was not full of items, I kept there only the ones that were full sets and worth some money, but still this doesn't look good.​
