What happened? Description:

So this BULLY kid thought he'd be real slick and -rep me on steamrep which is just a BULLY hence why I referred and will continue to refer the subject in question as "Bully".
Now, this BULLY had decided that he wanted to BULLY someone and unfortunately, I, doep anime lad 1999, had been chosen. He is known for going on rampages of BULLYING, to BULLY innocent people.
I, and many others, do not appreciate his BULLYING.
So, I want this BULLY banned permanently.
Also if you could ban @false that would be nice too. (^:​
