What happened? Description:

I added him to trade csgo keys. Later I sent him the money in paypal and the guy blocked me after that. After that I made a dispute on paypal and added him with my seccondary account. I told him my intentions to lead him to get banned and that he will have trouble with paypal. So he re-added my main account. Finally he admited that he tried to defraud people and refund me the money.
However I still want him to get beheaded​
