What happened? Description:

Hello dear Administration of Steamrep. I wanted to sell my arcana on Dota2 Lounge and then someone added me. Reafflex was one of them. He wanted to buy my arcana via Qiwi for 30usd. I got scammed before and in this case i trusted him and i got scammed again... So i want to get him banned to warn other users about this scammer!​

Я хотел продать свою Arcana в гостиной dota2, этот парень добавил меня, чтобы купить ее и предложить 30usd для меня. Я отправляю свою первую главу, он обещает отправить деньги на нее на свой счет в Qiwi Wallet (способ оплаты). Я доверял ему из-за высокого уровня и хорошего инвентаря. Поэтому, после того как я отправил ему свою аркану, он заблокировал и убрал меня. У меня нет оплаты от этого парня.

I wanted to sell my Arcana on dota2 lounge, this guy added me to buy it and offer 30usd for me.I send my arcana first to him, he promise to send money for it on my Qiwi Wallet Account (its Payment Method). I trusted him because of high level and good inventory. So after i sent my arcana to him he blocked and removed me. I dont have payment from this guy.
