What happened? Description:

He added me and we traded a few low cost items and nothing suspicious happened. when we played in game he said something about getting sponsored so I became interested. He said in order to be sponsored I had to change my steam name and profile description, which seemed fair. he said I could choose 3 skins from a bot that I would get for being sponsored. in order to do that though I had to give him a 20$ skin "That way if a staff takes all of the skins, we still have 10% collateral." at that point I reached out to the website he was "representing on Facebook and asked if he was a staff. they said no, and I brought it up to the scammer and he instantly blocked me.​

We have to reserve them because these bots get skins in and out of their inventory like crazy. And if we reserve them but end up not doing anything with the skins, then people start getting mad at me for reserving the skin when our customers could have had a chance to receive it.

they were impersonating holy boost, a case opening website. also at the same time he modeled his steam account after the youtuber seananners, probably to make kids trust him
