    What happened? Description:
    He tried to paypal scam me. He added me and his inv was private and he offered $70 on a $60 knife so i knew he was a scammer and I messed with him for a bit and when i called him out on scamming he immedeatly unfriended me​

    No evidence of a scam here - you basically accused the user of scamming or not paying you before you even sent the item. Can't make reports assuming someone won't pay you.
