Hello, i got scammed from a guy whos name is <|Phantasmal|> (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198095237019/)
Found this person on dotabuff http://dota2lounge.com/trade?t=149197085

Added him agreed that we trade a void immortal for techies items, i went ahead first and gifted, the person asked for a steamoffer, so i did ofcourse he disapeared right after.

I would like to know if there is a possibility to get back my scammed item, if not could we atleast make sure that this person takes responsibility and gets trade banned for scamming people.
