    What happened? Description:
    Sold him keys via Paypal. He sent payment with e-Check. He cancelled payments after receiving keys and proceeded to block/ignore me after i tried to get a hold of him multiple times.​

    You have screenshots of how you gifted your keys to some guy from Steam and screenshots of cancelled payment on PayPal from someone else to someone else.
    Give here chat history where he promised to pay to you, and where you gave him this PayPal adress to pay.
